It has been very helpful to get such good advice on how to do each pose better since I started classes at your studio. Online classes are also so thorough. Thanks to you and your team for such a wonderful introduction to yoga in the Iyengar tradition.

Just a short note to let you know how much I appreciated and enjoyed today’s class via Zoom. My mind certainly appreciated the “quietening” and my body appreciated the stretching to ease the anxious tightening of muscles. With a little creativity (long cushion off the lounge for a bolster, luggage strap (that won’t see much use in the near future), Macquarie Dictionary enclosed with elastic bands for blocks and old blankets I use when the grandkids are over (won’t be seeing them for a while), and a thin camping mat, I think I managed to replicate all the necessary props for an effective class. Once again, many thanks.
Zoom seems to be working well and we are learning all the time. The Zoom app is really easy to use and you might find it handy for virtual catch ups with friends as well.
