All classes are now back in the room, some are hybrid with an online option. You will know if the class is hybrid if it has an online option when you go to the booking button that takes you to Punchpass.
Iyengar Yoga incorporates restorative yoga and active classes. We build strength through the body and nervous system over time with the repetition of standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends and inversions. To help you build this strength, understanding and flexibility we operate on a term basis, roughly aligned with the NSW school term. Improvement flows from repetition. We encourage term enrolment to help you make yoga part of your routine. You can join the term at any time. Simply pay for the remainder of the term on a pro-rata basis, or a casual class if you are wanting to try one class before you commit. If you’ve never done yoga before try the Beginners online classes or the General Classes. In Advanced classes we do handstand, forearm balance, headstand and shoulderstand.
