Develop strength and flexibility
General classes are designed to guide and support students as they become familiar with Iyengar yoga, systematically developing strength and flexibility, starting slowly and building as your capacity increases. You don’t need to be able to bend like a pretzel to do yoga. You will see change happen from one class a week, but progress will be more noticeable with two.
All classes are taught by experienced teachers who have been doing Iyengar yoga for many years and have passed rigorous examinations to be able to teach within the Iyengar system. Classes are held at a variety of times to be accessible to as many people as possible, and our term times are based loosely around school terms.
Costs per Term (10 weeks)
Level 1 – $200 one class a week ( 90 mins )
Level 1 – $190 one class a week ( 60 mins ) (Wednesday 6-7am)
Level 1 and 2 -$390 two classes a week
Level 1 and 2 -$25 per class
