Teen and Tween classes are in the room Tuesday mornings 7.15-8.15am. These Iyengar-based lessons incorporate movement, strength, flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation. They help students develop focus and clarity of mind, and include techniques to reduce anxiety. The classes are designed for girls and boys aged 11 to 17 years. They are suitable for teens and tweens who are interested in exploring Iyengar yoga and how it can support young people through schooling and beyond.
