This is a new class for both Level 1 and Level 2 students. It is a gentle class with Guided Mediation and Restorative poses for students.
Please select Full Price if this is your only course (ie. you are doing one class a week) please select Second Course for a reduced price if this is your second course (ie. our are doing two classes per week.)
Linda Apps is an Intermediate Junior Level 3 teacher and has been practising yoga for 25 years, travelling to India to study with the Iyengar family. Linda also taught at the Glebe Yoga school for 10 years before opening The Yoga Nook in 2002. She attends classes with Peter Thomson and Pixie Lillas and continues to travel to India to study with Geeta and Prashant Iyengar.
