We’re taking bookings for our Yanada Retreat over the 2024 October long weekend! 3 nights in beautiful St Albans, near Wiseman’s Ferry. You can arrive any time after 2pm, with the first class on Friday afternoon October 4 at 6-7pm. We’ll do asana, pranayama and some sitting meditation over the weekend. Treat yourself to lots of yoga and time to rest. Accommodation is shared with some tents available for the brave! The retreat will be catered with delicious vegetarian food. Only 90 minutes drive from Sydney (allow more time for the car ferry!). We’ll leave on Monday at 2pm. This retreat is not suitable for people who haven’t done yoga before.
