Yoga in the Iyengar Tradition

Welcome to the Yoga Nook, a Yoga school in the centre of Dulwich Hill with three experienced yoga teachers and a variety of classes from beginners to more advanced students.

This school teaches Hatha Yoga in the Iyengar tradition. Iyengar yoga places particular emphasis on the precise and careful attention to physical alignment. The emphasis is on postures that develop strength, endurance and suppleness - physically, psychologically, mentally and emotionally.
